Yes, we always carry $2,000,000 in liability. Our agent is Stanhope Simpson.

Are your workers covered with workers compensation?

Yes, we carry both liability & workers compensation because things can go wrong, peple can get hurt, and we want the comfort level for our customers and our workers to be strong.

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Yes, since 1990.

Are you prepared to give references?

Yes. Our customer data base is almost 2000 satisfied customers. A recent servey gave us 99.8% customer satisfaction of those contacted and resulted in a large number of repeat orders.

How long does it take to get windows once they are ordered?

It takes approximately 3 weeks unless it is a special order such as stained glass or coloured vinyl. Shipping time will be quoted on these orders.

How long does it take to install my windows?

This depends on quantity, size and degree of difficulty, as well as distance to site and special instructions. Our estimator can narrow down the time.

Are your installers certified?

Yes. They are trained and certified under the Window Wise National Certification Program. This is currently the only installer certification program in Canada.

What is Window Wise?

What is S.A.W.D.A.C.?

SAWDAC is an acronym for Siding and Window Dealers Association of Canada. SAWDAC is a non-profit association of approximately 500 of the top window and siding companies in Canada, and includes many respected suppliers and consultants. The original intent of the association was to raise the level of craftsmanship and integrity for the benefit of dealers and consumers. Do you give a written warranty?

Yes. All of our contract/proposal forms clearly state our warranty. We also provide warranties on products used as supplied by manufacturers.

Do you require a deposit, and how much?

Yes, but only on custom orders and only 15%. Non-custom orders do not require a deposit.

Do you have a showroom?

No. We have a warehouse with various sizes and styles changing all the time. You are welcome to drop in and look around at our various windows.

Do you only install or can we purchase and install ourselves?

You can purchase and have windows installed by yourself or others.

Is the warranty in force if we install your windows ourselves or hire a carpenter?

The warranty is good providing the product is properly shimmed and installed plumb, level and square.

What does a qualified window estimator offer me?

Whether the project you have in mind involved renovating an old building or constructing a new one, he is the expert that you should consult during the planning stage.
